I went online looking for a highly rated lender that did DSCR loans and found Total Quality Lending. Ethan and team worked efficiently to complete my loan and we worked around some nuances with my property which made it a little harder to finance. All in all, the process was quick, easy, and the fees are reasonable. I will definitely use them again in the future if the need arises. 👍🏻

I found Total Quality Lending through the BiggerPockets community when we were purchasing our house in March 2025, and I could not be happier that I did. Like most homebuyers, we reached out to several lenders at the same time. Total Quality Lending responded with lightning speed compared to everyone else, qualifying us the very next day after we submitted our initial documents. Right off the bat, they gave us the best rate without any runaround. Once we went under contract, they promised a 30-day close—and they actually delivered! Even when a little hiccup popped up during the process, their team navigated the kinks seamlessly and stayed on track. My real estate agent even commented that in all her years of practice, she had never seen a lender close a loan that fast. I am tremendously grateful for their service and communication.
