I found Total Quality Lending through the BiggerPockets community when we were purchasing our house in March 2025, and I could not be happier that I did. I was very pleased with my experience at TQL. The process was efficient and smooth. Evan and Trevor, in particular, were wonderful. I was surprised at how quickly they responded to my questions and concerns. At times, Evan was so quick to respond you forget he has other clients. But they always kept me posted on my loan’s status and worked with me when we had an unexpected snag and the loans process stalked for a bit. But everything they said they would do, they did and it wasn’t too long after the issue that the loan closed. I was very happy with them and I plan on working with them in the future. I highly recommend.
