Evan Stinnett and Katie Buckley made my STR refinance feel less like a loan process and more like a well-run concierge service—with fewer tiny shampoo bottles and a lot more paperwork. I had the pleasure of working with both Ethan Ogorek and Katie Buckley. Ethan was very communicative from the beginning answering all of my questions about LLCs and different loan products. It made that part so seamless. Once we were approved I worked with Katie. She was phenomenal as well. We ended up closing 6 WEEKS LATER THAN OUR ORIGINAL CLOSE DATE. It was all on the Seller though. Katie and Ethan were excellent during the entire time keeping me updated on what I needed to close. Katie called me to check in when I was (understandably) losing my freaking mind over still not being closed. She was so quick to respond the entire 3 months that they were stuck with me. I think I might win an award for longest closing ever in their office. They were on top of Everything. We actually closed on a property last year and the lending company was atrocious. That’s why we found Katie and Ethan. All of that to say. I cannot recommend this company or these people more. We are FINALLY closed on our Airbnb and will be using them for our next one!
