Chris Paliska is a Passionate Entrepreneur, Business Leader and CEO of Total Quality Lending. Despite his early success as one of the youngest 7 figure earners in the mortgage industry and recognition from Housing Wire, Scotsman Guide, and NMP, Chris Realized that his true calling was way beyond traditional
corporate business.
At 27, he made the bold decision to leave his successful corporate career to start Total Quality Lending, a business that prioritizes their core values inside and outside the office. With the support of his wife Megan and three children. Chris has built a strong foundation based on faith and family. He uses his experiences to guide others in finding their life purpose and reaching their full potential. What he likes to call Living your Total Quality Life!

Becky Quarres – COO NMLS: 1482084

Becky is one of the founders of Total Quality Lending with a mission to spread love and change people’s lives. Her hobbies include spending time outdoors with her family and pets, writing, singing, and working out with friends. She worked in the music industry before transitioning to the mortgage industry, where she fell in love with the challenge and authenticity of the work.
Becky is originally from Huntington Beach, CA, and is currently embarking on her first cross-country move to Carmel, Indiana. Her favorite podcast is the Ed Mylett podcast, and her favorite book is Dr. Joe Dispenza’s “Becoming Supernatural.”
